April Riggins

A lifelong competitive athlete, Colorado native April Riggins has always thrived in a team environment and derived inspiration from the high energy, motivating, and confidence-building world of sport. Resolving her athletic career as collegiate softball player at Adams State University in 2018, she started her rewarding professional career in personal training. 


April knows how to find a recipe for success in and out of the gym. An avid baker with multiple training and nutrition certifications, she has a passion for identifying the right ingredients to help her clients reach their goals.


April specializes in beginner strength training, functional strength, and weight loss as well as helping people lift heavy!

George Bristow

A former strength and conditioning coach with Major League Rugby’s Glendale Raptors and Purdue University’s track and football teams, Indiana native George Bristow brings a wealth of knowledge to Platform Strength.



With over 8 years of work in the field, George has strong experience with a variety of client goals, ranging from weight loss journeys to international competitive preparation in top-tier athletics. He competed in rugby for over 20 years along with a host of other sports including D1 cheer, powerlifting, and skateboarding. 

As a trainer as well as a fine woodworker and craftsman, George understands where art and science meet. He is passionate about creating effective blueprints for client success.

George specializes in beginner and advanced weight training, sport-specific programming, competitive powerlifting, speed and explosion development,  velocity-based training, and athletic team training.

Mary Allen

Since arriving to Colorado in 2019 after playing water polo at the University of Central Florida, Mary Allen has found a love for fitness like no other.

She found passion within group fitness and strength training and can be your everyday hype woman. She has years of experience with strength training and is so excited to expand her knowledge.

As much as Mary loves being in the gym, she also enjoys using the functional strength she has built across many different activities. Whether it be hiking, camping or trail running, you can always find her moving and pushing her body in different ways.
