As an All-American college wrestler, I’ve spent my whole life dedicated to fitness and athletics, so I am intimately aware of what it takes to stay healthy and motivated.
I have a functional approach to fitness whether it’s helping clients to improve and eliminate postural imbalances, or working through new and even long-term injuries. After eight years of training, there is nothing quite like that moment when a client recovers from their injury or finally see the results from the goals they’ve worked so hard for.
