Gary’s love for competition and athletic performance was sparked when he first joined a little league football team at 6 years old and has only grown with time. Over the course of his athletic career he has worked with a wide range of coaches, personal trainers and performance specialists which has shaped his view on fitness to this day. His coaching career began in 2013 at a Crossfit gym while attending college in Atlanta. During that time, the majority of his free time was dedicated to competing in Crossfit and refining his skills as a coach. His passion for self-improvement and helping others drives him to further his understanding and approach to fitness through consulting with healthcare professionals, watching videos online, and reading anything related to the topic. He believes that we are all capable of much more than we realize, and we owe it to ourselves to realize our full potential to better ourselves and everyone in our lives. With this belief driving his approach to coaching, he strives to instill consistency, purpose, and education in each person, so they can be the best version of themselves in and outside of the gym.
