Why We Use Bands!

A little snippet of strength knowledge from our Coach George below on WHY WE USE BANDS.

From personal experience, constantly lifting heavy without bands made me more likely to hit injury and overload my system. The bands allow us to keep getting stronger but not by adding more and more weight, just more and more resistance, which is SO POWERFUL.
